GreenVid brings together image-to-video creation, video templates, and AI image creation. Start with a photo, choose a template, or explore the image tools available in the app. Review every result before saving or sharing it.

GreenVid is available on Google Play. The App Store link is coming soon. This website introduces the app and provides support; it does not run AI generation in your browser.

Current prices, available purchase options, included benefits, and any renewal or credit conditions are shown in the app and the relevant marketplace checkout. Review those details before purchasing. This website does not publish a price table or accept payments.

Open GreenVid, go to Personal Settings, choose the account deletion option, review the notice, and complete the confirmation steps. If you cannot access the app, email contact@greenvid.net. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a marketplace subscription or issue a refund.

Use the refund process for the marketplace that billed your purchase. If Google Play or Apple App Store approves a refund, GreenVid honors that result and updates the related subscription, credit, or paid-feature entitlement after confirmation. Canceling future renewal is a separate action from requesting a refund.

Email contact@greenvid.net. Include the app version, device model, operating system, a description, and steps to reproduce a problem. An order or creation reference can help with purchase or generation issues. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or unnecessary personal information.

No. GreenVid uses self-hosted models on generation servers operated by us. Prompts, selected input images, generated media, and related generation context are not sent to third-party AI services. The app connects to our servers over the internet; generation is not entirely on your device.

No. GreenVid does not use any user data, personal information, prompts, uploaded content, support attachments, or generated outputs to train any AI model, including general-purpose AI and foundation models.

No. We do not perform facial recognition, extract facial-geometry data, create biometric identifiers, or use a face to identify a person. Selected photos are visual input for the creative feature you request. Only submit images you have the rights and permissions to use.

Prompts, uploaded input images, and generated images and videos are deleted from GreenVid-operated generation servers no later than 36 hours after creation. Save results you want to keep. Limited account, billing, security, support, backup, and legal records have separate retention periods where necessary.

Yes. AI-generated media can be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, visually inconsistent, or unsuitable for a particular use. Review outputs and check any rights or permissions before publishing, relying on them, or using them commercially.
